Slow and deep breathing eliminates toxins and gets rid of carbon dioxide. Proper breathing eliminates toxins 15 times faster than poor and shallow breathing according to experts. Take a few minutes every day to inhale and exhale deeply. This not only helps your body to relax, but it aids with the removal of carbon dioxide and other toxins from the body.
